I\u2019m running into a HubSpot setup challenge with our shared mailbox sales@. Since it’s a shared mailbox in Outlook (no standalone license or login), it gets forwarded internally and doesn\u2019t have its own password or direct access.<\/P>
<\/P>
When I forward an email to forwarding@hubspot.com, it logs the email under sales@ address, but it doesn\u2019t create a new contact for the recipient in the email.<\/P>
<\/P>
My goal is to:<\/P>
<\/P>
Send new outgoing emails from sales@krelltech.com<\/P>
<\/P>
BCC HubSpot<\/P>
<\/P>
Have it log the email and create a new contact if one doesn\u2019t exist<\/P>
<\/P>
From what I understand, the only way to achieve this may be to:<\/P>
<\/P>
Assign an Outlook license to sales@<\/P>
<\/P>
Convert it into a full mailbox with sign-in credentials<\/P>
<\/P>
Add sales@ as a HubSpot user and assign it a paid seat (since we\u2019re on a paid tier)<\/P>
<\/P>
I know I could connect sales@ as a team inbox under Conversations, but that seems limited to logging inbound messages and doesn\u2019t help with BCC on outbound messages.<\/P>
<\/P>
Has anyone found a workaround or better approach here?<\/P>
