In the Outlook Sales Extension, with some emails adding an email to the Never log list doesn’t stop logging.<\/P>
I’ve tried multiple times, both single user and all users.<\/P>
I’ve deleted the contact<\/P>
Deleted the contact’s company<\/P>
Cleared out any previously logged emails.<\/P>
Disconnected any connected\/associated companies from the contact.<\/P>
<\/P>
It’s as though the Sales Extension is saying, “I don’t care what you want. I’m logging this email!” Every. Time.<\/P>
