Sales Extension Logs Emails on the Never Log List

In the Outlook Sales Extension, with some emails adding an email to the Never log list doesn’t stop logging.

I’ve tried multiple times, both single user and all users.

I’ve deleted the contact

Deleted the contact’s company

Cleared out any previously logged emails.

Disconnected any connected/associated companies from the contact.

 

It’s as though the Sales Extension is saying, “I don’t care what you want. I’m logging this email!” Every. Time.

 

Where’s the “Absolutely Never, Under No Circumstances Log Emails to This Contact” button?
